Please contact me if you are having a problem making your baby carrier work for you, and we can trouble shoot and make it work for you-even if it means returning or exchanging.

 

Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase for new items still in original packaging and unopened. Ergo's have a 60 day return policy.

 

Returns can be made within 15 days on items that have been tried on, not washed or worn and in like new condition.

 

Exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase on any items in like new condition that have not been washed or worn exect to try on.

Do NOT send returns without prior written or verbal communication. Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted and sent back at the owners expense.

Once an item has been accepted for return I will refund you the price paid or agreed apon less shipping and a restocking fee of $5 or 5% whichever is greater.

Please alow 7-10 days to process all returns.
